General Meetings

Guild assemblies are the F-guild's highest authority, where the members decide on the direction of the guild. There's at least one general meeting each term, named the Autumn/Spring guild assembly. Matters such as motions and electing volunteers are settled at these. At times where either an unforeseen issue has arisen or a group of at least 15 members has requested it of the board, one might call an Extraordinary guild assembly to settle the situation at hand.
