Everyone who signed up for the SING sitting has a spot at the sitting! We will be taking payment on Friday lunchtime. The price for the sitting is 120kr, patch included!
Is your bag too heavy? Do you find it too tiresome to cycle home to pick up things you really want in MH all the time? Need somewhere to keep your secrets?
Your problems are solved! Prylmästeriet is reintroducing storage lockers in the ping pong room! This locker has a volume that can fit everything you need! (Except for alcohol! Alcohol and also all other liquids are strictly forbidden to keep in your locker. Please don't do it.) Not only that, you can also fit a lot of things you don't need! If that wasn't reason enough to get a locker, it's incredibly cheap, only SEK 50 for the entire semester!
Registration is done in this form and it is open until MONDAY 5/9 23.59
Payment takes place in the Hilbert corridor Wednesday 7/9 12.15-1.30pm.
Important information for those of you who have a locker since before
All lockers must be emptied TUESDAY 6/9 1 p.m., lockers that are not emptied will be cut. When lockers are distributed again, we cannot guarantee that the old locker will be kept or that you will get a locker again, people who did not have a locker before are prioritized.
Because of high pressure and long queues we will have an extra opportunity for payment for the LKG tomorrow wednesday 31/8 12:00-13:00!

Scenario 2 is now a fact! We have ladybugs ALL WEEK! You'll find these heroes in the café, so be sure to swing by and give/show them some appreciation! You will recognize them by the beautiful aprons 🥰
Just like heroes need side-kicks, ladybugs need workers! So be sure to help our ladybugs by signing up for a shift during the week! Those of you who are part of a mentor group can take the opportunity to collect some points for the café competition 😉

Imagine two scenarios:
SCENARIO 1:
No one else signs up as ladybug. You will arrive at MH in the morning. The eyelids are heavy as lead. “Coffee”, you think. Hilbert is closed. You have to go all the way to the Studiecentrum to buy overpriced coffee that tastes like a cheap copy of the coffee you once drank inside the Math building. You barely manage to get through the morning and it's time for lunch. No lunch box today either. To your dismay, you realize that not only is the café closed, so you can't buy good sandwiches for a reasonable price, Grönt & Gott has also increased the salad price to 59 SEK. Your bank account is running thin. How will you cope with tomorrow?
This is your everyday life.
NOW FOR SCENARIO 2:
You sign up as a ladybug (by yourself or with a friend), or you encourage someone you know to sign up. You come to MH, the eyelids are heavy as lead. BUT... now you can use your coffee card to get cheap, certified, fair trade and delicious coffee without having to make an effort. You get through the morning like it's nothing. You absorb everything the lecturer says. It's time for lunch. No lunch box, no problem. You buy a mega good sandwich for a dirt cheap price in Hilbert Café and the day is saved. This is your everyday life.
Right now we are in scenario 1. You can change that. Take us to scenario 2. We need you!

On Tuesday the 30th of August at 17:15, the first board meeting of this academic year will be held in the Lands of Management and Operations. All members of the guild are welcome to participate.

Hello everyone!
During lunchtime 12:15-13:30 tuesday this week the festivities committee will be in the Hilbert corridor receiving payment for the welcoming sitting.
For everyone interested in buying a beverage package this is where it has to be payed for. This also applies to people with a ticket already.
OBS: There will be a bar open during this sittning, however, there is a maximum of one alcohol-unit per person available to order.

Every year the Hilbert Elk scholarship is awarded at Nollegasque to some who have begun their second year here at the F-guild. This year the format will be slightly different, where a smaller number of people are awarded the scholarship, and the selection is based on nominations from you! So if you know someone who makes your or someone elses studytime better, makes sure the F-guild is a nicer place or simply brightens up your time here at the guild, don't hesitate to fill in a nomination for them in this form: https://forms.gle/1UnazGNiP99xydri9!
