It's time.

The time has come for the EPIC ski trip when the F-guild set off towards the world's greatest skiing destination, both in terms of skiing and partying! Naturally we're talking about Val Thorens!!! In addition to the F-guild, there will be a large group of students from other parts of Sweden there too! So buckle up your boots, open the Jäger and get ready for an insanely fun week!
The location boasts some of the world's best skiing with over 600 km of piste. With the highest slopes at 3250 metres and the village at 2300 metres along with the amazing aprés-ski at La Folie Douce, it a chance YOU can't miss!

❤️‍🔥On Thursday (tomorrow) between 10 and 13 we in the board will be sitting in the café again! ❤️‍🔥

This week we are focusing especially on the upcoming 🍁fall-term meeting🍁. If you have any questions about how the elections will go, what happens at the meeting, how to submit a motion etc, we in the board will be more than happy to help you get your question answered🧡 Of course, we will be just as happy if you have a question or want to discuss something regarding the guild in general. 💗Hello there excellent guild💗

This Tuesday (17/9) it's time for the second board meeting of the semester (yippie)!💖As usual, the meeting starts at 17.15 and takes place in the LC. The agenda for the meeting will be published on the website at some point during the day 🎀

The protocol of the last board meeting are also now up on the website 🌸 Some of the things that were discussed were:

• Approval of money to buy a stand for a drum set
• Five guidelines were voted in:
• Social media guidelines -Guidelines for benefits -Guidelines for elections -Guidelines for handling personal matters -Guidelines for requests for sittings during the initiation *New bakers were voted in

Dear guild!

On Wednesday, September 18th, at noon (12 PM), the Medal Committee will be available in the MH foyer to sell ribbons for nolleG✨.

Additionally, those who were active last year but haven't yet updated their functionary medals to the shift version will also have the opportunity to do so at the same time.

The ministry of truth is opening up an extra election for the position of Member of the Editorial Staff of von Tänen. Von Tänen is a paper that is released in the guild once per study period and was released for the first time in 1973.

As a member of the Editorial Staff your responsibility is to give content to the papers that capture the guild's intrest. You help the editor of von Tänen with their work by writing articles, holding interviews or designing pages to the paper.

If you apply to the position and get choosen then you will have it for the rest of the study year which is until the end of June 2025.

The application period starts now and lasts until thursday the 12th of septeber at 23:59. If you want to apply then send a mail to the adress sanning@fsektionen.se with the subject application for Member of the Editorial Staff of von Tänen and i will reply with more information once the period for applications has closed.

The semester is about to start again (yippie), which also means that the board meetings are finally starting.💥On Tuesday (September 3rd) it's time at 17.15 in the LC.💥 The agenda for the meeting will be published on the website shortly.

New academic year means new guild members (yaaaay🥳)! I understand that the last week has been packed with info for all of you, but here is a list of some things that might be good to know about the guild's board and board meetings<3.

The board is the section's highest decision-making body after the guild meeting

The board usually consists of nine members: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Board President and four board members.

The board meetings usually take place every two weeks in our room LC. Notices can be found on the website.

It is free to submit motions to the board meetings. This is done by emailing the motion to preses@fsektionen.se absolutely no later than Saturday at 15.00 the week before the board meeting. If you submit a motion, you must attend the meeting to present your motion, and if this is not possible, you should send another person to present it for you.

All members may attend the meetings, but only the Executive Committee has the right to vote and therefore the sole decision-making power at these meetings.

Hi lovely guild! Here comes a golden opportunity: we are opening up a by-election for the post baked! Do you like to bake? Do you like to control the music in Hilbert? Do you like to have a really cozy time with a group of nice people in Hilbert and eat as much cake batter as you like? Look here!🧐🥳

Baked is a very cozy post where you bake for the café in a small group once a week. Except the ordinary thanks you also get to eat what you bake:)

The by-election opens now, and closes sunday the 1st of september at 23:59. The application is made through sending an email to vicecafe@sektionen.se . Write “Application baked” as the subject, and then a short motivation to why you want to be on the baked team.🥰
