We are running the same theme as last time, that is 🗳️fall-semester meeting🗳️. So if you have a question about anything regarding the meeting, we warmly welcome them! Unsure about what Fullmäktige is or what they do? Fear not! During the nomination period, information about Fullmäktige will be published. You will also have the opportunity to talk with the current Fullmäktige members and the Election Committee, who organize the election, on campus during week 42. TLTH and LUNA welcome all students interested in the project to an information evening where we will give you an update on the current situation. Additionally, during the evening, Knut Deppert and Charlotte von Brömssen from the Science Village Project Group will provide you with the information you need to advocate. We also promise a Q&A session. This is your chance to separate facts from rumors. The information evening will be in english.

The Introduction period is over. If you find yourself with too much spare-time or want a creative outlet LTH Song Contest could be for you. This evening in MH:G there will be an info-meeting about LTH-SC or SåS. Do you like to sing, play, craft or cook? Come to MH:G!

Tomorrow (Wednesday) during lunch, SMURF (the Board with committees seeks volunteers) will be organized in the MH foyer. Then you will have the chance to mingle with all committees that are looking for volunteers for the spring. There will also be quiz questions and candy at all committees.

The Nominating Committee presents: the Autumn Election 2024!!!

For the autumn guild assembly, you can apply to most of the guild's volunteer positions. Maybe you want to become the next Överfös, Head Of Festivities or Trumpeter!

This is your chance to be involved in the fun work that is done behind the scenes and make a difference at the guild, while enjoying meeting-fika, Skiftesgasque, and thank you-parties.

For positions elected by the Guild Assembly you will be invited to an interview by the Nomination Committee and the election will be held at the Guild Assembly.
For positions elected by the Board you will be invited to an interview by the Committee the position belongs to and the election will be managed by the Board at an election meeting held after the Guild Assembly.

The election for positions elected by the Guild Assembly closes on 9/10 at 23:59.
The election for positions at the intermediate election by the Board closes on 21/11 at 23.59.
The election for positions elected by the Board closes on 5/12 at 23:59.

The by-election of pursuivant for the remainder of the 2024 term is hereby announced. Pursuivant are members of the Medals Committee, which, among other things, manages the guild’s awards and medals, celebrates ceremonial traditions and administers the Order of Hilbert Elk.

You can apply for the post by emailing ordf@fsektionen.se before the deadline of 23:59 on Tuesday, October 1.

Hereby, the by-election for the Member of the FARAD Team is now open!

FARAD stands for the F-section's Career Days, and we in the project group need to grow in number and improve in order to make the fair as big and successful as possible. The work starts after the end of the introduction period and continues until the fair on January 30, 2025, making it a perfect position to hold this fall! In FARAD, you get involved in various activities: meeting new friends, learning about engagement within the F-guild, gaining valuable experience for your CV, learning how to contact companies, organizing your life, gaining structure, arranging events, and raising money for the guild.
