💐Good afternoon all guild members💐.
On Friday between 10 am and 1 pm, the board will sit in the café for the last time before the spring semester meeting and offer coffee and popcorn! The only thing needed to get it is that you come with a question or opinion to the board:)

This week's theme is meeting order, so if you have questions regarding how the board's proposal for meeting order works in practice, or questions in general about the upcoming spring semester meeting, this is a perfect time to get answers to them! If you have opinions or questions about the guild's activities in general, we of course welcome them as well.

☀️Hello dear guild☀️
Now the spring semester meeting is really starting to approach by leaps and bounds. The guild meeting will take place on March 26th in MH:G at 17.59. If you want to come, please do the following two things:

1. Sign up for the event on fsektionen.se, then you are guaranteed food during the meeting. March 24th will be the last day to sign up. Whether you are registered or not, all guild members are welcome to attend the meeting, but only those registered will receive food.
2. Make sure you have a working login to the guild's voting system: rostsystem.se. If you do not have an account already, you need to register one with your school email (ab1234cd-s@student.lu.se). If you already have one, you should make sure that you can access the account.

All motions are already up on the website, and we in the board are in full swing working on our proposals and motion responses and will try to get them up on the website as soon as possible!

New athletes, new courses, but above all, time for new sports!!

This Wednesday (3/20), we're kicking off Ultimate Frisbee! 🥏🤩 It's a fast-paced team sport where players self-referee. We plan to play on wednesdays but info will be published in Idrott på F-sektionen before each occasion, so join there if you haven’t already! EVERYONE is welcome and no pre-registration is required. Hope you're as excited as we are!

Hello, dear guild!
Tomorrow the café opens and will be open all non-holiday days during the study period, yay!!!
We have ladybugs every day, but feel free to work shifts to help them. You can sign up in the app.

This study period there will be some new coffee prices because we want and need to reduce the use of disposable items, but you will be able to borrow cups from the café to get the same price as before.

Tandem is finally approaching and we hope you're as excited as we are! Here are some dates to keep in mind:
On Tuesday lunch, the 19th of March, we will have an information meeting in MH:G where we will tell you everything you need to know before tandem.

On Wednesday lunch, the 20th of March, you will have the opportunity to test ride the tandem bike! We will be outside MH and we will also be able to answer any questions that arise.

Ticket release will take place on Monday the 25th of March at 5:15 PM at an unknown location. More information about the ticket release will be provided at the information meeting.

We recently spent time clearing the Guild’s facilities from forgotten items and clothes, including everything in the lost and found locker. There were plenty of stuff, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you suspect that you may have lost something. There have also been many song books stashed in SK lately. We have moved these as well, and you need to contact me to not loose them, should your book be amongst them.

Contact prylm@fsektionen.se by 17/3-24. Otherwise, everything will be donated or thrown away.

Thanks to one of our ladybugs (Axel) the café will be open during the repetition week from 08:00 to 13:00.
Come and buy coffee and snacks. Don´t forget to buy your coffee cards before exam week begins.

There is a few lockers left to rent during the last term of the year. Tuesday 5/3 at 12:15, a form to rent one of these lockers will be sent out in the F-guild Facebook group. This time it will be first come first served.

Since the rental period is only during the last term of the year, renting will be free!

Be sure to write the correct contact information in the form!
