Hello everyone!

During lunchtime 12:15-13:30 tuesday this week the festivities committee will be in the Hilbert corridor receiving payment for the welcoming sitting.

For everyone interested in buying a beverage package this is where it has to be payed for. This also applies to people with a ticket already.
OBS: There will be a bar open during this sittning, however, there is a maximum of one alcohol-unit per person available to order.

Hello all users of the F-app!
Leading up to the introduction some webmasters have been coding away to give the app new features. Here are the most important changes:

• This years introduction page is now available. There you will find the adventure missions, the fsek chat function, schedule for the introduction and for the first time ever the nolleguide is available in the app.
• THE APP IS NOW TRANSLATED TO ENGLISH!!!! To change language you tap Övrigt > Inställningar > Språk and select English. Make sure the spread this information to your english speaking friends so that they know they can get the app in English <3.
• Some events with limited spots will no longer have first-come-first-serve spot distribution, it will instead be randomly distributed at the discretion of the fös. The spot distribution scheme used for an event will be listed in the event description.
• If there is a sittning with the possibility of pre-ordering alcohol through a alcohol package you will be able to select this as an option when signing up. This is important for those in charge of the sittning so that they can know roughly who wants a alcohol package.
• You can sign up to work in the Café now in the app under Other > Hilbert Café! This was added a while ago but a reminder is due!

Every year the Hilbert Elk scholarship is awarded at Nollegasque to some who have begun their second year here at the F-guild. This year the format will be slightly different, where a smaller number of people are awarded the scholarship, and the selection is based on nominations from you! So if you know someone who makes your or someone elses studytime better, makes sure the F-guild is a nicer place or simply brightens up your time here at the guild, don't hesitate to fill in a nomination for them in this form: https://forms.gle/1UnazGNiP99xydri9!

If you have any questions regarding this, do write to ordf@fsektionen.se. This form will be open until a few days before Nollegasque, and there will be reminder-posts about this during the nollning.

Hello greatest guild!!
It is now possible to sign up for ladybug during LP1! Don’t hesitate to apply, so that the café can stay open every day of the week!

What do I do as a ladybug?
As a ladybug your task is to run the café for one day a week, over an entire study period. That includes, opening and closing, selling sandwiches, and making coffee for all the thirsty guild members.

What do I get as a reward?
As a ladybug you get:
•Unlimited coffee and tea during the entire study period
•One free sandwich each day (or three per week if you are two people sharing one day)
•A reasonable amount of fika every day
•An invitation to the café party
•All the usual volunteer benefits
•Infinite gratitude from your fellow guild members and the Café masters 🥰

Sounds amazing!! Where do I sign up?
To apply, simply write your name, contact information, and which weekday(s) you are available on the form on the board in the Hilbert corridor. You could also send an email to vicecafe@fsektionen.se. It is of course possible to sign up with a friend if you don’t want to do it alone. The application closes on friday 26/8, so sign up now!

We will be in the Hilbert corridor on Friday (27/5) during lunch to give our the patches from the Birth(day)seating and the Skvalborg event as well as sell the one from the athlete’s health week, so if you attended any of these events you are welcome to stop by! ❤️

Now the carnival weekend is over and it's starting to get closer to the exams… But that also means that it's getting closer to the post - exam party! On Saturday 04/06, the festivities committee is holding a FETSM with the fitting theme: Midsummer! Put on something summery, start some games with the section's best game leaders and get ready for the summer holidays. Registration opens at 12:00 today, May 24, welcome!

Hello fellow guild members!

Summer is approaching fast and with it some well-deserved rest, but there are some obstacles in the way and that is our exams and other compulsory school tasks. To help you pass these obstacles, the study council will arrange another wonderful study evening. It will work much like the last time, it is in Hilbert Café and lasts from about 17-19 on Thursday the 26th of May. This time, however, the food will be served at a self-expensive price, so have your cards ready to get a freshly prepared dish for around 20 sek. Make sure to sign up here on the web page so that we can get an idea of how many of you that will participate.
