The LoL-tournament for the F-guild is coming up and the sign-up closes April 28. One can sign-up as a full team or solo. To make it easier to gather a full team we only require that 4 out of 5 players are part of the F-guild. We do however assume that everyone acts sportsman-like (if that's a word?(sportsmanshippy?)) and that people don't abuse this rule to add someone far better than themselves to their team.

It's time for a table tennis tournament with E-guild. The tournament will start at 17:30 and by then you have to sign up with Ola(who will stand by one of the tables). After and during the tournament you can play board games in Edekvata.

Hi fellow guild members!

Now it is time for the F and Pi programmes to have a discussion meeting with the programboard!. Come and meet the chairmen of the programboards, the study and career counselors, the international coordinator and the Student's Educational Council. At the meeting you can ask questions, express opinions or just get to know your program a little better. At the meeting the programme as a whole will be discussed which includes course layout, our range of courses, exchange studies and hopefully there will be an older student who can tell you that all of your hard work will pay off in the future. This means that the meeting should be interesting for all F and Pi students, no matter what grade you are in.

The meeting takes place on Tuesday the 12th of April during lunch from around 12: 15-13 in Mattehuset in the room MH: 362 A. During the meeting, we will offer some form of food or snacks and with something good to chew on, we hope for even better discussions. Furthermore, there is an event page for the discussion meeting with the programboard here on the F-guild website and there you are welcome to register your attendance so we know how many of you that will attend. However, registration is not binding and there is no maximum number of participants even if it says so on the website.

So come by if you want to express your opinion or if you want to listen to the interesting opinions of other people.The meeting will be informal and filled with lots of good talk and interesting discussions for everybody.

Together as a guild, let us try to donate as much blood as possible!

Blood donation is very important in critical situations, like surgery, as well as for treating a lot of different diseases. That is one of the reasons why we in LiBU want the guild to work together to donate as much blood as possible! During a focus period of about 6 months, we not only want to donate blood, we also will host events around the theme of blood donation. This will include informative events about discrimination and inequality in blood donation, research at the intersection of blood and engineering, as well as of course fun events. <3 So stay tuned for this, more information will come along soon!

How can you participate? Go to a blood donation center (e.g. Blodcentralen Lund) and donate blood. If you’re a new donor you can go to geblod.nu to learn how to get started or you can read our posters in MH. When that's done you can send us in LiBU a reasonable proof (e.g. a selfie or picture of your bandaid) to our instagram, @libu_fsek, our mail, libu@fsektionen.se, or show us in person! This is because we want to track how many from the guild have donated.

Everyone who donates will get the chance to buy our exclusive blood donation patches!
