The Festivities Committee is responsible for sittings and pubs at the guild. It is one of the largest committees at the guild with about 50 functioneers.
Before an event the chefs prepare the menu and test, shop and prepare as much as possible before. On the day of an event the chefs usually starts quite early because the food takes some time to prepare. Together with the rest of the masters they make sure that the food is ready in time and served to the guests. They are also responsible for food for the people working at the event. When the event is over the chefs are responsible for the cleaning of the kitchen.
As thanks for their work they can attend all events during the next year for free.

DJ[F] is responsible for the amazing end of the nigt and of the DJ-stuff that the guild ownes. The time that requests is depending on the amount of events you work on. The DJ will have to assist with knowledge of the technical stuff. As thanks you will get to attend the events you work on for free.
As a ”matris” you are a worker in the Festivities Committee at the F-section. You help out with all of the Festivities Committees’ events during the year and have a number of different tasks. During an event you’ll have a number of different responsibilities. You might be in the bar shaking cocktails or vibing in the kitchen chopping onions, anything from the floor mop to Gin & Tonic. During the events you’ll usually work from late morning to night time where a surprise will be waiting. Most of the work will be during the initiation period, where most of the Festivities Committees’ events occur.
The Toastmasters are responsible for the singing and performances during an event and making sure everyone is having a good time. Aside from the time spet on the evet there will also be some preparations as setup of speakers and mikrophones. It's important to keep good contact with the head of festivities and the headwaiters to coordinate the event. They are also responsible for the book of songs and makes sure they are updated and always brought back to Alumnirummet.
Aside from the work for The Board the Head of Festivities duties include planning and preparing events for the guild members. You are also a part of The Council of Executives where you cooperate with the other committées. As head of festivities you will work closely with the other masters as well as conduct a lot of administration work. The Head of Festivities bears the ultimate responsibility during events in addition to being responsible for making sure the alcohol law is being correctly followed. Hence the Head of Festivities must be above the age of 20 years.
The work load varies greatly during the year. During the initiation period there are a lot of events during which the Head of Festivities is kept busy. At times the work can be stressful, therefore careful planning is crucial. As compensation the Head of Festivities will be allowed to attend three events free of charge the following year.

The headwaiters tasks is to make sure the serving and table setting is done correctly as well as the cleaning afterwards. During an event there is a lot of things happening and the headwaiters should be very tolerant to stress. The headwaiters are leading a big group of servants and should have good leadership skills. As thanks for their good work the headwaiters will attend every event the next year for free.

As pub manager is responsible for the selling of alkohol during events for the guild. They are responsible for a good range of drinks and make sure that everything follows the law and the bartenders is doing their job. They are responsible for the setup and cleaning of the bar area and to help the rest of the cleaning. The nollning is the most hard time with a lot of events.
The work also include managing a lot of money while selling. It can also be stressful at times, so it is important to keep calm and support the bartenders.
As thanks for their good work they will get to attend the next years events for free.

The Vice Head of Festivities assists the Head of Festivities in their work, and is primarily responsible for making sure everyone working at the event are having fun and feeling well. The Vice Head of Festivities is also responsible for internal information and for the economy of the commite.
Like the Head of Festivities, the Vice Head of Festivities should have good knowledge of alcohol-related regulations and laws, and also be at least 20 years of age.
