We recently spent time clearing the Guild’s facilities from forgotten items and clothes, including everything in the lost and found locker. There were plenty of stuff, so don’t hesitate to contact me if you suspect that you may have lost something. There have also been many song books stashed in SK lately. We have moved these as well, and you need to contact me to not loose them, should your book be amongst them.

Thanks to one of our ladybugs (Axel) the café will be open during the repetition week from 08:00 to 13:00.
Come and buy coffee and snacks. Don´t forget to buy your coffee cards before exam week begins.

There is a few lockers left to rent during the last term of the year. Tuesday 5/3 at 12:15, a form to rent one of these lockers will be sent out in the F-guild Facebook group. This time it will be first come first served.

Since the rental period is only during the last term of the year, renting will be free!

Be sure to write the correct contact information in the form!

We have received many applications, and unfortunately we do not have the opportunity to select everyone.

Mission mentors and international mentors are not decided, as we open up the possibility for those who have not been elected as group mentors to be able to become mission / international mentors.

Make sure to keep an eye on your inbox and answer your mail asap!

We are super excited to do the introduction together with you!

Hello most sporty guild!

Finally, it's time for our soccer and volleyball series to start!

After a well-played winter and autumn season, Hilbert FC steps out on the field on Sunday for its first match in the spring's amateur series, now in Division 1 🤩. 6122slÅ is now also, after its little break, back again with its first match in volleyball for the season against VolleyBolleywood already on Tuesday the 27th at 20:00! 🥳

If you are eager to play, registration for both volleyball and football matches is done through the respective messenger chat, so make sure you are there to not miss any matches - everyone is welcome to play. We send out information before each match and you can participate as much or as little as you want, subject to availability. If you are not already in the group for volleyball or the one for soccer and want to join, just comment on this post or send a message to Victor Lidén, Elias Asp or Elin Bjurvén for soccer and to William Lundgren or Alicia Ahlgren for volleyball and they will help you out:)

The motion stop on February 27 for the spring semester meeting is also fast approaching so if you have a motion you want to submit, it's time to start it now!

There was a board meeting on Wednesday, and we dealt with several motions! Some of these were about:

• Purchase of new badminton and squash rackets
• Purchase of a new soundboks battery
• New guidelines for the F-car
• Nomination for by-election
• Purchase of a new vacuum cleaner The next board meeting will take place on March 19 at 17.15 in LC, and if you have a motion that you want to submit, this should be done no later than the Friday before the meeting, and then emailed to preses@fsektionen.se

Coffee, breakfast, lunch sandwiches, with more will be provided as usual.

Tomorrow at 12:15the applicationform for ladybugs LP4 will be put on the bulletinboard outside the Hilbert room. Make sure to writte up your name if you want to be a ladybug.

⭐Hello dear guild member⭐

Now the board work has started for real, so here is a small summary of our work so far and what is to come!

LTH's premises managers have examined all study places and the entire need for premises on campus, so we in the board are working hard to increase the number and improve the existing study places in MH. Hopefully we can see an improvement before the summer.

Then we have minuted meetings every two weeks where all section members are welcome. At the last board meeting we dealt with a record number of motions! Among other things, these were about:

• The role of reiseleiters during the introduction
• Increased thanks for introduction functionaries -Appropriation of money.

The next meeting is Wednesday, February 21 at 17:30 in the Alumni Room. If you would like to submit a motion to a board meeting, this is done by emailing it no later than the Friday before the meeting to preses@fsektionen.se. In addition, we are preparing for the spring semester meeting which will be held on March 26th. You can submit motions to the meeting if you have a change in the guild you want to implement. The motion stop is already on February 27th, so it's a good idea to start working on your motions now! There is a motion machine on the website under the guild meeting tab to make the work as easy as possible for you.

If you need help getting started with your motion, we in the board are happy to help you! In that case, please come to us when we sit in the café on Friday between 10 and 13! As the icing on the cake, you also get 🍿POPCORN!🍿!
