Soon we will be able to by-elect 1 or 2 persons to be Baked during this semester. We will have interviews with all candidates during the week starting 5/2. Therefore, the deadline to candidate for Baked is set to the 1:st of February. As Baked, you help out Hilbert Café by baking cookies, muffins or any other things you like, at least four times during the semester. If you want to candidate for this spring semester, send us a mail to cafe@fsektionen.se!

We in Föset are already planning next years introduction and we need you to apply for Fadder! We will hold a meeting on thursday lunch to inform you about how you can apply for and what we are looking for in a group fadder, mission fadder, and extra fös. The application will open at the same time. Come join our glorious introduction and work with us to make the new students feel welcome to our fantastic guild.

There are still positions open after the elections during the fall, for which you can now apply by the means of a supplementary election. If you are intersted, head over to the page for supplementary elections, where you will find a list of positions for which you can apply. If you are interested and want to know more, do not hesitate to contact the relevant committee president!

Sadly, this week, an act of theft took place in in the café stockpile room in the Math Building and a mobile phone was stolen. Therefore, we would like to remind everyone to keep a close eye on your belongings at all times.

During working hours in Hilbert Café, the workers bags/jackets will be stored in a locked room that the Ladybugs have access to.

This Tuesday its finally time for the FARAD fair 2018! Come to Mattehuset between 10 am - 4 pm and talk to the companies and institutions that are super excited to meet you! Some of the organisations you will meet are: AXIS, Cellavision, Neodev, Lunicore, CosyLab och Lund Formula Student.

Except for the fair, FARAD also arranges other events during the week! Don't miss Nano-FARAD (24 jan) and Pi-FARAD (25 jan), both are evening events where lecturers and companies will hold inspirational lectures from 5.15 pm. The night will end with free dinner!

Last day to apply for Nano- and Pi-FARAD is today. All students at the F-guild are welcome at both events!

Are you interested to learn more about what the bank sector can offer you as a future engineer from the F-guild? Take the chance and apply to the SEB Quant Event 23th of January at their head office at Kungsträdgårdsgatan in Stockholm! The event is organized in co-operation with the F-guild and everything is paid by SEB.

Hello everyone,
Interviews with Axis are going to be arranged for FARAD the 23/1 2018. Axis Communication AB is a company based in Lund, which primary buisness is the manufactoring of network cameras. You might be selected to be interviewed which might lead to such things as help with your master thesis and future positions at the company!
The selection process will be made through consideration of Axis preferenses. Axis has stated that they are primarily interested in students at the end of their studies in the fields of sofware, hardware, image analysis as well as computation and simulation. Even if you are not at the end of your studies there is still a chance that you can get selected for interview, especially if you have other relevant qualifications and are interested in the fields meantioned above, so do not be afraid to apply for this chance!
