As a team leader FARAD, you are the right hand of the project manager and share the responsibility of leading the FARAD team. Together with the project manager, you define your specific areas of work, while the project manager has overall responsibility for the fair. Thus, the workload of the team leader depends largely on the approach taken by the project manager and the team leader. Your tasks may include coordinating FARAD's activities with other committees or managing FARAD's event activities.
